Let's try something a bit different - an urban walk.
We shall walk a large loop along urban areas almost entirely on sidewalks for the whole route
This walk will include a break at a local Tim Hortons for a chance to get a drink or snack and washroom break
The pace is mild to moderate and walking is mostly flat
Meet at Gates plaza parking lot on the north east corner of Altona Road and Kingston Road. Park in the very south west corner of parking lot and look for a red SUV.
